Last week my dad asked me to make him and Italian Cream Cake....I was concerned because I have always heard that these cakes a difficult to make. Either you can or you can't!!! Well, it was a success!!! Several people tried it and LOVED it. SO I have decided that Italian Cream Cake Cupcakes would be a delicious addition to A Taste of Sweetness' flavor menu!
Another flavor I am working on is Cotton Candy! I had a friend suggest it so we are giving it a shot! It will be a blueberry cake, cotton candy buttercream frosting and topped with a cotton candy fluff! I am really excited about this possibility...new and interesting!
Finally, I realize that cupcakes are something that everyone should be able to enjoy. Some of us can't have sugar or other things so I am working on coming up with some sugar free options (Thanks for the suggestion Wanda)! If there is a flavor or maybe a type of cupcake you would like me to try...let me know! I love a challenge!
